Shannon’s Airport Experience
Well this Story begins at Sydney Airport:

–12:00PM–

At check in, I Checked in my bags, proceeded to the Metal Detectors,
Emptied my pockets, walked thru and:

BEEEEP!!!

So the Guy says “Take off your boots”, so I took off my boots walked thru, all was good.
I gather up all my crap, then another security dude pulls me aside, so He says: “Sir this is a explosives test, have you ever had one before”
I’m just like: “err no but, err kay”

So he swabs me and my bag down, says “wont be a few moments”, then about 2min later “Your all clean sir, have a nice day”

I was like thinking to my self “Err do i look that sus? I Guess the All Black look had something to do with that XD.” Although he did complement me on my choice of Boots ;).

–12:30PM’ish–

I’m felling abit hungry to my surprise the bastards moved the Mac Donald’s at the airport, i was like “GTFO Airport XD”, So instead i bought a Bottle of Water, and a APC Magazine and sat down to wait for my Flight

–1:30PM–

The Plane starts Boarding Rows 16-30 First, Being in Row 22 (Just behind the Wing) I walk up to the Gates and towards the Plane, just as i hit the Door my heart goes nuts, im like “Wow”, I take my seat do up my belt.

–1:55PM–

Plane taxies, then the fun part… Takeoff

Now don’t ya just love that feeling, like your stomach is still on the ground and the rest of your body is in the air, lol, the speed is amazing and it throws you back in your seat. Once we were up in the air the View above the Clouds was AMAZING, And I calmed down, the flight was a little bumpy but no more bumpy than the ride to my house in my Dad’s Work Truck. I got my usuall 2hrs deafness (the Pressure screws up my ears :|.

–3:20PM–

Landing at Brisbane was fairly smooth, meet my Cousin at the gate collected my bag and now im here

ZOMG im in Queensland

Well i made it to Queensland, Plane trip felt like about i dunno 15 whole minutes. We flew outta Sydney at about 2:00PM and flew above the clouds all the way here, the view above the clouds was just so awesome.

Ill be here for about 6 days until next Saturday, Tomorrow I’m going to the Movies and CD / DVD shopping, then Wednesday is my Cousins Birthday (Hes 3 this year woo hoo :D) then i plan to veg out or go for a walk or something on Thursday and Friday haven’t decided just yet

Must get Cold Rock, LOL. Its just too good to pass up and I’m only here once a year so ima stuff my face.

Hopefully when i get back ill be much less stressed, I’m still thinking about asking my boss for another week off, but i doubt ill get it.

Well its getting late and I’m tired and sore so i better cut it short, Ill blog some more when I get back tomorrow, Till then.
